Focus, guys,… focus!
There’s huge discussion going on about this video on YouTube. Over 7,000 Comments so far, whether or not Aikido is effective and whether or not Stephen Seagal is a douchebag. But the most important question is ignored entirely: What’s the name of that song?

There is a reason you don’t see straight aikido in MMA today, because it works when ur uki (person being thrown) is completely going with it…
